As a CEO, Prasad is responsible for the company's strategic direction and product development. Prior to One Convergence, Prasad was VP Engineering and Product Management and Founder at NetContinuum Inc., a leading provider of Web Security Firewalls. He was instrumental in successful acquisition of NetContinuum to Barracuda Inc in 2007. Before NetContinuum, Prasad was VP Product Development at Vxtreme, a leading streaming media company that got sold to Microsoft. Before that, he held senior management positions at Integrated Systems that got acquired by Wind River Systems. Prasad holds a Master of Computer Science from University of Arizona and Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, India.
Roshan is responsible for sales, marketing and business development activities for One Convergence. He is a founder, advisor and investor in several successful silicon valley startups. Prior to One Convergence, he was CEO of Riverspeed Technologies which was acquired by One Convergence. Roshan previously held roles in Marketing, Sales, Product Management and Strategy at Analog Devices, Chiplogic and other entities. He was co-founder of Chiplogic, which was subsequently acquired by Analog Devices. His domain expertise includes Enterprise Networking, Telecom and Networked Media Applications. Roshan holds a MS degree in Engineering from University of Michigan and started his professional career as a software engineer at Cadence.
Hemanth is responsible for the development of One Convergence's innovative solutions. Hemanth brings comprehensive experience as an architect of products in data networking, multimedia networking and in building highly scalable data center solutions. Hemanth holds several patents in the area of multimedia networking. Prior to One Convergence, Hemanth was Director of Engineering at NetContinuum and held senior engineering positions at Microsoft, Vxtreme and Wollongong. Hemanth holds a Master of Computer Science from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Computer Science from REC, Trichy, India.
Sanjeev is responsible for the engineering team involved in delivery of technologies and solutions for One Convergence. Sanjeev, for large part of his career, was responsible for leading large teams in delivering products in the Enterprise Networking and Telecom domain. Sanjeev, previously, was Chief Technologist at Ikanos and prior to that had P & L responsibilities for Broadband Business at Analog Devices. He was responsible for development of network processors and associated software and systems hardware platforms. Prior to that, he was CTO and VP of Engineering at Chiplogic which was acquired by Analog Devices. Previously, Sanjeev also was the Head of Wipro's US R&D center. He holds a master’s degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, India and a bachelor's degree from REC, Warangal, India.

Aravinda has extensive experience in systems and networking software development in companies such as Cisco Systems, Analog Devices and Motorola. Prior to One Convergence, Aravinda held several senior engineering positions leading the effort to develop standards based ATCA Telco platforms, SOHO / SME routers, security gateways and VoIP residential gateways. Aravinda holds Master of Computer Science from Osmania University, India and Bachelor of Electronics and Communications from JNTU, India.

Bhyrava served in various management and engineering roles at companies such as Adaptec, Cavium Networks and Cisco Systems. He has set up and managed the operations for multiple startups, where he built up talented engineering teams. With rich experience in systems software and storage technologies, he has led initiatives to develop solutions and software for iSCSI and TCP Offload Engines, filesystems backup and restore tools, security and message gateways and VOIP and NAS reference ADKs for multi-core processors. Bhyrava holds a Master of Computer Science from the University of Hyderabad, India and a Bachelor of Electronics and Communications Engineering from Osmania University, India.
